Here at Spinning Planet we work hard to make our products and services 'Simply Brilliant', so simple that you won't need any support. We are constantly refining our processes and user interfaces to work in a natural way. Occasionally because we are developing and pushing things 'out of the box' and due to the changing nature of the web, we provide the following support processes:

  • FAQ (frequently asked questions)
    • The first place to look when you have a question or a support issue.
  • Video tutorials
    • Crack out the popcorn and learn your way through our system. Only the videos relevant to your product will be shown so as not to confuse you with stuff you will never use. Videos get updated as we tweak and improve our systems.
  • Downloads
    • In some cases other software may be needed like the handy dandy Personal Helpdesk which can be downloaded to allow remote support.
    • We are also big fans of open source and free software, so help yourself to some of the gems we have found. All the downloads are good enough to pass the Spinning Planet test so you can be assured of simply the best for free.
