MySMS Messenger Module

Our MySMS Messenger Module is in the final testing stages.  Some of the features include:

  • Send SMS TXT messages to multiple recipients
  • Schedule TXTs
  • Create SMS templates
  • See what time each person read thier message.

MySMS Uses

Billing: We use MYSMS to TXT customers that are overdue. For example; "An invoice for yourname.com is now overdue. Please contact billing@spinningplanet.co.nz immediately" This works extremely well for us - 98% of customers pay their bill.

Promotions/Sales: Schedule SMS promotions before an event or public holiday. For example: "Forgot about Valentine's day? TXT "roses" to us and we'll deliver them before 5.30PM tonight."

Urgent messages: Sending information to people when they can't be reached by email, land-line, or smoke signals.

Meetings: Meeting reminders and confirmation - a missed meeting can cost some businesses from $20 - $500

Events: Such as auctions, parties, business functions

Recurring reminders: Annual servicing of car, Christmas promotion, etc.

Follow-up your sales: Customers like nothing more than to be assured they have made the right choice buying from you. TXT them a few days after the sale thanking them for their business and offering a number to call if they need any help or anything further. This will increase recall rates, increase repeat purchase and hugely increase positive word of mouth amongst peer groups - essentially free advertising!

TXT lapsed customers: Try to get a list of customers from your database who haven’t bought for 6 months and TXT them out an offer to encourage them back to you. So long as they had a good experience last time, this is one of the fastest ways to gain new sales.

Text enable your advertising: Allow people to respond by TXTing you. On average around half of respondents will choose to do so if you include a TXT response on your advertising and often those people wouldn’t have responded so you increase response rates.

Keep a customer informed during the order process: TXT them when you have received the order, when payment has been taken & when it has been dispatched with a delivery time estimate. This has been proven to dramatically increase repeat orders and positive word of mouth.

Keyword: Allow people to TXT in a keyword to receive special offers from you by text message (Keyword could be advertised on radio, website, poster or print advert).
